We all know that many are unfortunatein their progreſs through the world, but wedo not know all that are so. To seek them outto study their wants, & to leave them unsuppliedis the duty, and ought to be the Busineſsof Man. But few have time, fewer still haveinclination, and no one has either the one orthe other for such employments. Who amidstthose that perspire away their Evenings in croud::ed aſsemblies can have leisure to bestow athought on such as sweat under the fatigueof their daily Labour.
